Client Guidebook
Your first days at Seaside Serenity follow a clear routine, and this guidebook walks you through it. We cover daily structure, phone and visitor policies (these vary by program), and how you work with your case manager. Families have real ways to stay involved, and we explain those here too.
Client Guidebook, The Details
Your first morning at Seaside Serenity starts with a short orientation, a walk through the schedule, and a meeting with the case manager who will work with you from day one. We keep the days structured because routine gives early recovery something steady to hold onto.
A typical weekday includes:
- Morning check-in and group before breakfast settles in
- Clinical groups and individual sessions through the middle of the day
- Time for meals, rest, and reflection built into the afternoon
- An evening wrap-up so nothing carries over unspoken
Phone and visitor policies vary by program, and your case manager will walk you through the specific rules for yours. We do this so early treatment stays focused, then reintroduce contact as it makes sense.
Families stay involved in ways we plan together. That can mean scheduled calls, family sessions, and updates within what a client agrees to share. If you are the one worrying at home, tell us. We will explain exactly what to expect and who to ask.
