Your day starts in the morning and runs through the afternoon, then you head home or back to supportive housing for the evening. That structure is the heart of the partial hospitalization program at Seaside Serenity. It gives you full clinical days without the round-the-clock stay, which makes it a solid bridge between residential care and living on your own again.
On your first day, we complete a comprehensive assessment. We look at your history, your health, and what you actually want out of treatment, then we build a personalized plan around it. A dedicated case manager stays with you the whole time, coordinating your groups, therapy, and any medical care.
When PHP wraps up, that same case manager helps line up your aftercare so nothing slips.
