What Is Treatment Like?
Your first day starts with a conversation. We sit down with you for intake and a full assessment, then build a treatment plan around what you actually need. Days settle into a rhythm of therapy, shared meals, and real downtime. Families join us along the way, too.
What Is Treatment Like, The Details
Your first day starts with intake. We sit down with you, review your history, and complete a full assessment so we understand what you actually need. From there we build a treatment plan that fits your situation, not a template. That plan changes as you do, and we revisit it together throughout your stay.
Days follow a steady structure. A typical weekday includes:
- Individual therapy sessions with your primary counselor
- Group work focused on skills, triggers, and recovery tools
- Time for meals prepared on site, plus breaks between sessions
- Quieter afternoons or evenings for rest, reflection, and connecting with peers
We keep the schedule full enough to build momentum and open enough to breathe. Downtime matters, so we protect it.
Family stays part of the picture when a client wants that. We offer family sessions and updates within what the client agrees to share, because the people at home are often the ones who worry most. If you have questions about how your loved one's week will look, we welcome the call.
